Mostly of them have excellent customer service but this clinic it's Dr. Shaimaa Samraa who makes all the difference, she has that passion about the profession, it's not a job, No, it's way more than that for her. I saw this drive since first I met her. She care, understand, excellent on what she does & respect her patients choices without pushing for implants.

The visit was like flying first class. Treated politely and professionally by all staff and the dentist. Procedure went without a complication at all, dentist explained everything that was going to happen and offered as much comfort as possible. To ensure it was like a first class trip, a hot towel was offered at the end of the visit to 'freshen up' . Absolutely top care, so good, ensured that my most precious little girl attends regularly to build up the 'never fear the dentist' feeling. Added the most recent trip...Very friendly, easy to discuss the issues and work done in a very friendly, professional manner by both Dentist and Assistant. This was for my 7 year old girl and they fully informed me on all that needed to be done, kept her engaged, never talked down to her ( treated her like an adult ) and fully gave me all the options involved in the procedure. Daughter came through it with all work done to minimise time off from school. I go to Teal and they do everything right, and have no issues in having them treat my most precious little one.
